Most cat and dog placemats on the market are made of resin or fabric. For ease of wiping, the materials are often simplified.

The TOYOKOYO cat/dog placemat is made of solid oak and tile. The central tile is non-absorbent, so stains can be removed with a simple wipe with a cloth; no machine washing is needed.

We carefully selected a 46cm width to comfortably hold a cat/dog food bowl and water bowl (two essential items for daily use), while also maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

It breaks away from the stereotypical image of traditional cat supplies, resembling more of a piece of fine furniture. Even if you place it in the living room or dining room, it won't ruin the atmosphere of the room.

You'll find yourself unconsciously watching the cat enjoy its food. Because that's where my gaze lingers the most throughout the day.

【Solid Oak and Tile】

The frame is constructed from solid white oak. Its straight, bright grain blends seamlessly with any flooring.

The center of the frame is tiled with smooth tiles. The tiles feature subtle color variations, creating a serene, stone-like texture.

This design creates a rich sense of depth, avoiding a monotonous visual effect.

【Spilled something? Just wipe it up!】

Tiles don't absorb water or oil. Spilled liquids or stains can be easily wiped away with a cloth.

Unlike cloth mats, tiles don't need to be washed or have spare tiles left to dry.

One food bowl and one water bowl. I was looking for the right width so that these two bowls, which I use every day, could be placed comfortably side by side, and finally chose 46 cm.

【To make it easy to lift】

we added small grooves to the sides of the wooden frame.

Even when placed on the floor, you can easily grip it with your fingers for easy lifting when cleaning or rearranging.

It's stable when placed, yet lightweight when lifted. We considered not only the time cats and dogs use it, but also the time people move it.
